Jannik Sinner advances to the semifinals of the Miami Masters 1000 for the third time, the seventh time in his career in this category of tournaments, beating Czech Tomas Machac, world number 60, in the first quarterfinal of the Miami Open men’s singles with a score of 6-4 6-2 in one’hour and 31 minutes of play.

Now in the semifinals Jannik will face the winner in the Italian ntte between Russian Daniil Medvedev, with whom he lost the final last year, and Chilean Nicolas Jarry.
