Sky will be the home of the Premier League for three more seasons

Sky willà again be the “Home of the Premier League”. The English league, which will be broadcast exclusively on Sky and streamed on NOW for the 2024/2025 season as well, will continue its presence on Sky for 3 more seasons, until 2027/2028.

Up to 10 live matches for each round: from Friday Night challenges to those of Monday Night, passing through the weekends full of goals and emotions that Sky will continue to tell with pre and post match studies. There will be plenty of space for dedicated columns such as Premier League Remix, to relive the most sparkling moments of each round of the championship, and Premier League Stories, which recounts the personalities that have made English soccer legendary.

“We are happy to announce this agreement with Premier League, which will remain a key pillar of Sky Sport”s offer in the coming seasons, commented Marzio Perrelli, Executive Vice President Sport at Sky. “In recent years, the Premier League has reached unparalleled standards: the quality of the players and coaches, the beauty and atmosphere of the stadiums make this tournament among the most beloved by fans and soccer fans. And Sky Italia has accompanied this path of growth, season after season. This is another important acquisition for Sky, after an extraordinarily important 2023, with many announcements that have strengthened our House of Sport even more: from European cups with the new UEFA Champions League, to Serie A, without forgetting NBA basketball and the agreement with ATP and WTA to broadcast more than 80 tennis tournaments per year until 2028. We will continue to reserve for our subscribers the best possible sports storytelling, both editorially and technologically, with the’enthusiasm and expertise we have always”.
