These are eye-popping numbers for Juventus, which is going through a critical period, both in the game and in results, and has entered a downward spiral from which it cannot get out. This decline è underscored by four defeats in eight matches and a'single victory, achieved against Frosinone over a month ago, out of a total of nine matches: seven points in nine games.

The current situation is reminiscent of the difficult times experienced under Luigi Del Neri and the circumstances that led to Marcello Lippi’s resignation in the 1998-99 season.
