The dates and times of the first two matches of the A1 Tigot&agrave Series Playoff Semifinals have been announced. In the case of a possible Game-3, the times will be announced later. In Race-1, Paola Egonu's Allianz Vero Volley Milano will be the protagonist at Palazzo Wanny in Florence on Saturday, April 6 at 8:30 p.m., live on TV on Rai Sport, Sky Sport and VBTV while Conegliano will face the winner between Novara and Chieri at Pala Verde on Sunday, April 7 at 8:30 p.m. also live on TV on the same channels. Both matches of Game 2 will be played on Wednesday, April 10 at 8:30 p.m. (live TV Rai Sport, Sky Sport and VBTV), with Milan being able to count on the home factor against Scandicci and the second challenge between the Venetian and Piedmontese.

In Race-2 Marco Gaspari's Allianz Vero Volley Milano closed out the Playoff Quarterfinal series against Wash4Green Pinerolo. The Lombards, after the tie-break victory snatched at the Allianz Cloud, ruled in four sets (13-25; 25-23; 16-25; 21-25) the Piedmontese of coach Marchiaro away at the Pala Bus Company in Villafranca, thus conquering the passage to the Scudetto Semifinals. A match that, except for the second set won by the hosts 25-23 and the attempt to hook in the fourth partial, è was always in the hands of the pink formation of the Consorzio Vero Volley.

MVP of the match, in spite of detractors, the usual irrepressible Paola Egonu, author of no less than 27 points and instrumental in winning especially the third partial. In double figures for Milan also Sylla and Cazaute, who respectively finished with 14 and 13 balls put on the ground.
