PSG: Mbappé to farewells, Luis Enrique’s kind words

The last game at the Parc des Princes è ended in defeat (Toulouse 3-1 win) but it mattered little. Everyone was present for the final farewell to Mbappé, the PSG ace destined, next season, to play in the stellar Real Madrid. Mbappé bid farewell to his fans with the Parisians’ only goal, the 44th in his nonetheless stellar year, his last in Paris.
The PSG curve wanted to pay tribute to the French star with a splendid choreography. Mbappé, visibly emotional, approached his supporters to thank them for all the affection he received in seven Parisian seasons where he won everything but failed to bring home the Champions League, his greatest wish.

Honeyed words also from fellow attacker Dembélé: "I spent a season with him at PSG. He gave so much for the club, he did so much. We are happy with everything he did, è he grew well at PSG, he achieved so much. È a legend of PSG", the words of the former Barcelona man who, accomplice to Mbappé's farewell, will be called upon to become even more central to PSG's future project.
