Jiovanni Manna will be the new sports director of Napoli

Giovanni Manna is leaving Juventus after five seasons. It was announced by the Bianconeri company itself through an official statement: "Giovanni Manna and Juventus part ways È official the consensual termination of his contract with the club. L'Head of First Team says goodbye after five seasons together".

"Five years that have seen him first take care of the HCL Youth Sector as Head of the Under 19 and then of the then Under 23 – now Next Gen – as Sports Director, with the primary objective of making the many youngsters on the roster grow and mature. We thank Giovanni for the work done with great professionalism in these years together and wish him good luck for the future" closes the note of the bianconeri.

In a reverse path from what Cristiano Giuntoli did last summer by moving from Juventus to Napoli, Manna will be the new sports director of the Neapolitan club, with which he has had an agreement for several weeks, as confirmed by President Aurelio De Laurentiis.

"The news that you have been circulating for some time è that there will be a new sporting director who should reveal himself as soon as possible to act on the outgoing and incoming market" had said the number one of the azzurri during the presentation of the upcoming retreat in Castel di Sangro.
