The 38-year-old Belgian Vincent Kompany è the new coach of Bayern Munich The German club announced it. For Kompany – who takes over from Thomas Tuchel – three-year contract until 2027.

Vincent Kompany as a footballer è was a flagship defender of Manchester City, with whom he played from 2007 to 2019 winning 4 Premier League, 2 FA Cup, 2 Community Shield and 4 League Cup,
He previously won two Belgian championships with Anderlecht and an Intertoto Cup with Hamburg. As a coach he led Anderlecht for two years with a fourth and a third place, then in two years with Burnley he collected a promotion to the Premier League and a relegation to the Championship.
