Joshua Zirkzee is Manchester United: the touching farewell to Bologna

Bologna soccer market: Joshua Zirkzee goes to Manchester United. The news had been certain for some time now, but on Sunday the Red Devils announced the arrival of the center forward who contributed to the Felsinei’s historic Champions League qualification. The Rossoblù club itself made the transfer official, while the striker (also followed in recent weeks by Juventus and AC Milan) decided to say goodbye to his former team with a touching message on Instagram.
"Thank you, rossoblu&#quot;, reads the message that Zirkzee wrote in Italian on his own social. Then, in English, he added: "I really can’t find the words to explain how much all this means to me. The stadium, the cityà, this team, but most of all the PEOPLE will forever have a special place in my heart".
"I hope that, for all the support and trust you have given me, I have given something back. Bologna è finally where è right it should be and I will support è and tiferò for you from afar!", added Zirkzee in reference to the upcoming participation of the Felsinei in the Champions League. So, again in Italian: "I love you, Bolo. Forever".
Manchester United outlined on its website the deal signed with Zirkzee: "The Dutch striker signed a contract until June 2029, with an option to renew for a further year". Instead, 45 million euros went to Bologna, higher than the clause set by the club. The amount will beà paid in installments covering the next three years.
