Treviso, Marco Fabbrini speaks out on the market
The point about the Treviso market
Interviewed by 'La Tribuna di Treviso', the president of Consorzio Universo Treviso, Marco Fabbrini, took stock of the work done so far in the market by the management, considering himself satisfied but not excluding the arrival of other players that may be of interest to sports director Simone Giofrè and head coach Frank Vitucci.
"The roster for now seems satisfactory to me,” Fabbrini said. “We have succeeded above all in confirming players who were fundamental to salvation and whom we feared we would not be able to retain, like Olisevicius. Despite this everyone chose to want to stay, è a very good sign, it means that the group was there and there'è even now".
As for possible new arrivals, the intention there'è but the president of the Treviso-based club does not commit himself to individual names: "Let's see who Vitucci and Giofrè are thinking of,” he explained, “certainly in mind some names they have: the names will be made official, perhaps not immediately".
Treviso is preparing to begin the sixth consecutive Serie A championship: the best result è so far that of the 2020/21 season, when the biancazzurri finished in sixth place qualifying for the playoffs, where però they were already stopped in the first round in the presence of Virtus Bologna, which from thereì shortly would then win the Scudetto.
