Juventus, Cristiano Giuntoli prepares a trio of renewals
Three renewals in sight for Juventus
Having thinned out the current squad as much as possible, based on the needs of coach Thiago Motta, Juventus is preparing, through the work of Managing Director Football Cristiano Giuntoli, a trio of renewals to ensure continuity to the project: è what we learn from Tuttosport, which speaks of extensions coming for Samuel Mbangula, Mattia Perin and Carlo Pinsoglio.
Mbangula è one of the surprises of this start of the Bianconeri season: brought up in the Bianconeri youth ranks after arriving from Belgium, he played one season in the next gen before being involved by Thiago Motta in the first team as a replacement for Federico Chiesa. On his A team debut last Aug. 19, he è immediately scored in the 3-0 win over Como. For him è a maxi-renewal until 2029 is under consideration.
Perin and Pinsoglio are instead the two reserve goalkeepers, who in the hierarchies studied by the bianconero coach are behind Michele Di Gregorio, who arrived in the summer from Monza. A renewal until 2026 is being considered for both: Perin, since 2018 in bianconero if we exclude a parenthesis on loan at Genoa from January 2020 to June 2021, è so far he has been a solid "second" in the league and in Europe, while in the Coppa Italia è he has been a designated starter with Allegri and Sarri.
Pinsoglio, a lifetime in bianconero (he has played several seasons on loan but è in fact in the Juve environment since his youth), è not only the third goalkeeper, but also a locker room man, a reference point for younger teammates and beloved by the fans.
