Three former tennis players in unison on Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz

The 2024 season has definitively established Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz as key players in the next era of tennis. The world number one South Tyrolean won the Australian Open and US Open, while the remaining two majors (Roland Garros and Wimbledon) were taken home by the Murcian. At the microphones of "Sky Sport UK", Martina Navratilova è spoke bluntly about the rivalry between the two young players.

"I think Jannik has all the cards to get into double digits in Grand Slam tournaments and the same goes for Alcaraz. The only thing that can stop them are injuries, otherwise they should be able to get over ten trophies" these are the words of the former Czechoslovak tennis player.

On the same wavelength as the Prague native, Tim Henman and Feliciano Lopez also commented on the rivalry between the South Tyrolean and the Murcian: "Sinner and Alcaraz will win so many slams, they will go into double figures. We have to see who will be able to challenge them, maybe Shelton, Tiafoe, Fritz or maybe Rune or Draper" this is the opinion of the former British tennis player.

"We are all saying that Sinner and Alcaraz will get into double digits in terms of Slams, then maybe they stop at 9 and someone will be disappointed" this, finally, the opinion of Feliciano Lopez.
