Florence ponders snub: free shot from Roma
According to the latest rumors, Fiorentina appears to have Nicola Zalewski in their sights. The Roma star è has long been courted by Galatasaray in recent days but, when the deal seemed to be done, he decided to stay at Roma but è out of the squad. The contract that expires next summer è a very nice opportunity.
Recently GP Soccer and Management S.r.l., the agency that looks after Zalewski’s interests, published a note just about the Giallorossi player: "Compared to the initial openness Zalewski had given to the Galatasaray solution, the player later decided to decline the Turkish club’s offer, standing firm on his decision despite constant flattery".
"The player, therefore, still expresses his utmost gratitude for the interest shown and efforts made until the last moments by Galatasaray. In any case, it is considered absolutely unquestionable the freedom of a footballer to define or not any negotiation related to his professional activity, without conditioning and né nor, much less, constraints (even the one with his own club of belonging for a possible renewal)".
Brought up in the youth academy of the capital club, Zalewski began to serve permanently in the first team in 2021: since then he has collected 109 appearances topped by 2 goals and 7 assists.
