Trento seeks rematch at the 'Brusinelli Memorial'

After four out-of-region tests, Dolomiti Energia Trentino will return to play in front of its home crowd in a renovated 'Il T Quotidiano Arena' which has undergone improvements in acoustics, lighting, security and aesthetics. The occasion will be the 10th edition of the 'Brusinelli Memorial', which will be held on Saturday 21, with opponent Leonessa Brescia, winner of the last edition of the tournament.

The two-ball è scheduled for 8 p.m. and tickets are available at the Aquila Store and on the VivaTicket circuit. This tournament è a tribute to Gianni Brusinelli, one of the founders of Aquila Basket and a very important figure for the company.

For Toto Forray and teammates, this will be a taste of what awaits them in their 10th season in Serie A and their eighth participation in the BKT EuroCup. Dolomiti Energia fans will finally have the opportunity to see the HCL team in action for the first time on their home court.  

Germani Basket Brescia has experienced a’summer of profound changes. After reaching the Scudetto semifinals last season, the club decided to entrust the technical leadership to Giuseppe 'Peppe' Poeta, a former outstanding player, who during his career also wore the jersey of Dolomiti Energia Trentino in the 2015-2016 season, reaching the EuroCup semifinals. The Brescia-based team confirmed some of its key players, including Bilan, Dowe, Burnell and Italians Cournooh and Della Valle. Among the most significant grafts were those of Ivanovic, Rivers, Ndour, Ferrero and Mobio, who enriched the roster ahead of the new season.
