King Zlatan stands firm on his convictions

Fonseca will not be touched, for him Ibrahimovic guarantees. The Swede has not changed his convictions. Despite an uphill start to the season, the former striker&#39s confidence in the Portuguese coach è remained unchanged. Fonseca is considered the right man to lead the Diavolo.

At least Ibrahimovic thinks so, who, in addition to reiterating his support for Fonseca, seems to have asked the players for prompt redemption in Sunday night’s Derby. After the heavy home defeat to Liverpool, with the ensuing protest by the Curva Sud, a big result is needed in the challenge with Inter, which returned from Manchester with even more certainty.

Ibrahimovic canò no longer take the field to lend a hand but heè made himself heard, certain that the team will react. "I’m in charge", he made known on the day of the challenge with Liverpool and now he has to prove himself. Many expect him to be a manager rather than still act as a footballer.

It goes without saying that, an eventual defeat with Inter, would put not only Fonseca in trouble. Ibrahimovic seems, at the moment, to be the Portuguese coach’s biggest supporter. A stance that also puts him in a position that is not easy, especially if the longed-for reaction does not come as King Zlatan hoped.
