Olympic champion Thomas Ceccon spoke to Sportal.it microphones on the sidelines of a ceremony held at Torre Allianz in Milan, where the insurance company wanted to thank its ambassadors for their great achievements at the Olympics. L'Azzurro joked about the exchange between his beloved mustache, trimmed before the Paris 2024 Games, and the long-awaited and dreamed of gold medal, won in the 100-meter backstroke.

"Before I had two more mustaches and one less gold medal? A nice exchange, even if the mustache forò … No, I had said that I was taking everything off, that I was becoming as clean as possible: this è was the exchange and I could not ask for better".
