Marc Marquez finished second in the pre-qualifying session of the Japanese Grand Prix (16th round of the MotoGP World Championship), just 33 thousandths behind the KTM of Brad Binder, centering the'access to Q2.
The Spaniard, however, did not è appeared very satisfied to the official channels of the Gresini Racing team: "I risked a little bit' in’the last lap. I changed the bike several times today, I did not feel comfortable, but in the last two outings we did well. A few too many problems, one with the brake…".
"It remains to figure out how to make the most of the new tire. Compared to the race we are working to understand which compound will beà the best" concluded the Spanish star.
Q2 also for his teammate and brother Alex Marquez: "I am happy to be back in Q2, although we are still missing something in terms of set-up. We need a few more miles on the’dry. There’è to improve the race pace and if it rains, it’ll be an’opportunity’to exploit".
