Thanks to his victory over Novak Djokovic, Jannik Sinner è won his seventh title of the season: "This year è has been very, very difficult for me because of other circumstances and at times I lost a little bit of my smile because I had some off-court problems that sometimes come back to me" he said after the Shanghai Masters 1000 final.
"But I tried to enjoy myself as best as I could on the court. And, of course, success è something great. So, I just try to stay very calm and don’t mind if I miss some shots or if sometimes I’m unlucky, I just try to keep pushing with the best energy I can".
"I try to control what I can control, and that è definitely the mind, and also the physical aspect that you can control. People think that by winning or being successful you don't have any problems, but that's not true, because the situation I'm in now off the field, of course, is not è comfortable. During this time I have learned that success will never change me as a person, or as a player" concluded Jannik Sinner.
