Fabio Fognini also makes it: 8 Azzurri at the start in Paris!

Fabio Fognini è managed to qualify in the main draw of the Paris-Bercy Masters 1000. The Ligurian tennis player beat Frenchman Arthur Cazaux, 15 years his junior, and thus managed to enter the main draw of the Paris indoor tournament for the 11th time in his career.

Fognini won in three sets with scores of 7-6(4) 4-6 6-2 and is now aiming to improve his record at Paris-Bercy, which has never seen him get past the third round.

With Fabio Fognini’s qualification, the Italians included in the main draw are 8 out of 64 participants.

The Azzurri who will try to win the title are Jannik Sinner, Lorenzo Musetti, Flavio Cobolli, Matteo Arnaldi, Luciano Darderi, Matteo Berrettini, Lorenzo Sonego and Fabi Fognini.
