Bologna expels Cagliari, Lecce by measure over Verona

The tenth day of Serie A opened with victories for Bologna and Lecce. The Emilians conquered Cagliari's Unipol Domus thanks to goals from Orsolini and Odgaard, while the Salentini needed only Dorgu to fold Verona at the 'Via del Mare'.

At the’Unipol Domus in Cagliari, Bologna took the lead in the 35’: Ndoye served in depth; Orsolini, who kicked powerfully beating Scuffet. In the second half, Odgaard signs the doubling at 51’ with a left-footed saucer at the first post that surprises Scuffet.

At the ‘Via del Mare’ a goal by Dorgu at the beginning of the second half decides the challenge: a cross from Banda, Coulibaly goes wide but not the Danish outside forward who inserts into the net. The scaligeri even close in nine: expelled Tchatchoua in the first half and Belahyane in the final.

Thanks to these victories, Bologna and Lecce move up to 12 and 8 points in the standings, respectively, momentarily moving up to 10th and 18th positions, while Verona and Cagliari remain stationary at 9, in 14th and 15th places, respectively.
