Jorge Martin drives away pressure

Jorge Martin spoke at a press conference in Sepang on the eve of the Malaysian Grand Prix in which he could become world champion. "First of all, I want to express my support and condolences for the people of Valencia,” he began. “Racing in Valencia will be difficult, even if the circuit è okay. It would also be difficult because of the logistics, I think it is better to race on another circuit. But MotoGP will doè the best thing. Alternative to Valencia? Hard to name other circuits, let’s wait. I would not want to go there".

"It&#39s a privilege to still be here with Pecco a year later, I feel good and I have confidence in my work – stressed the MotoGP leader -. Lotterò until the end, for me and for my team. I know I can win the title, I will giveò 100% to bring home the trophy".

"I have always felt a little bit like the outsider, but today I am simply more mature,” added the Pramac centaur. “I have learned from suffering, from difficult moments, and I have also learned how to lose. It's time not to make mistakes, we have already made enough of them. I got to this point by giving 100 percent and I will do it here in Sepang as well, still trying to be smart".

"It è not the end of the world if I should not win the championship, d'after all, last year è the same thing happened. But we have great hope, we have to do what we have done this season. After so many competitions we are still here, I think it has to do with the mental aspect. Our level now è very similar. It's a matter of head, if some of us had not made mistakes it would have already been decided earlier" concluded Martin.
