5 players disqualified and three clubs fined in Serie B

The Giudice Sportivo (sports judge) has released the disciplinary measures related to the 11th day of Serie B. As many as five players were disqualified, including Cristian Volpato of Sassuolo who was given two days of disqualification. As for the clubs, fines came for Catanzaro, Juve Stabia and Palermo.

FUL PLAYERS EXCUSED

DISQUALIFICATION FOR TWO ACTUAL DAYS OF MATCH

VOLPATO Cristian (Sassuolo): for having, at the end of the match, addressed insulting expressions to the match officials; infraction detected by an Assistant.

DISQUALIFICATION FOR ONE ACTUAL DAY OF MATCH

FIORILLO Vincenzo (Salernitana): for having committed a foul intervention on an opponent in possession of a clear goal opportunity.

POMPETTI Marco (Catanzaro): for being responsible for a serious foul play.

VIGNALI Luca (Spezia): double admonition for misconduct against an opponent.

DISQUALIFICATION FOR ONE ACTUAL DAY OF MATCH

TELLO MUNOZ Andres Felipe (Salernitana): for non-regulation behavior on the field; already warned (Fifth sanction).

SOCIETA'

Fine of € 4,000.00: to Soc. CATANZARO for having its supporters, during the match, throwing five smoke bombs in the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.

Fine of € 3,000.00: to Soc. JUVE STABIA for having its supporters, before the start of the match, lit numerous smoke bombs in their own sector that forced the Referee to delay the start of the match for about five minutes; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.

Fine of € 3,000.00: to Soc. PALERMO as an objective responsibility, for having failed to prevent the presence in the playing area of its own collaborators not included in the match list who, when asked to leave the playing area, addressed disrespectful expressions to the collaborator of the Federal Prosecutor.
