The Dutch GP on the calendar until 2026
Formula 1 and the promoter of the Dutch Grand Prix have announced a one-year contract extension that will see The Zandvoort circuit on the Formula 1 calendar until the entire 2026 season.
"The last few years have been an incredible journey for everyone involved in the Dutch Grand Prix,” the official statement announced, “after a long break from racing in the Netherlands”.
“The ’eventè become known and appreciated for its events, with international fans and visitors gather to witness the excitement of Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, F1 Academy and more".
The Zandvoort circuit è became part of the world championship in 1952 and was raced there 30 times until 1985. Since 2021, on the wave of Max Verstappen’s growth and then victories, it è returned to the calendar with a largely renovated layout.
