The second day at the Duna Arena in Budapest for the 17th edition of the short-tub world championships opened with the surprise elimination of Benedetta Pilato in the 100 breaststroke, who got only the 20th fastest time in the batteries (1'05"30) in the pool where in 2021 she set the long-tub world record in the 50 breaststroke. There'è feeling with the boys and we want to repeat the performance of two years ago" emphasizes Silvia Di Pietro In the semifinals of the 100 sl there will be Sara Curtis, Sofia Morini for the women competition and only Alessandro Miressi among the boys, given the elimination of Leonardo Deplano. In the 100 breaststroke, Simone Cerasuolo and Ludovico Viberti will try to enter the finals, not an easy task given the many prominent competitors.
