A very important breakthrough is coming for AC Milan on the Marcus Rashford front. After recent meetings held with the player's agent, the Rossoneri club may decide to finally sink the blow, also accomplice to recent developments on the Manchester United side.
According to a report by "La Gazzetta dello Sport", the Red Devils, accomplice to the willà to restore their budget and get rid of the footballer, would open to a dry loan until the end of the season without the need to include a right or an obligation of redemption.
The only obstacle to the success of the operation would be the substantial salary received by the player, which is around 8.5 million euros per season, including bonuses. Milan, for its part, would be willing to sink the blow only if United contributes to cover a significant part of the salary percipitated by the 1997-class center forward.
The Rossoneri, however, will also have to reckon with competition from several top European clubs, including Barcelona, which, according to reports in the Spanish daily "Sport", has already had contacts with Rashford’s brother-agent.
On the possible landing in the Rossoneri of the English footballer, the newly appointed AC Milan coach Sergio Conceiçao, during the press conference ahead of the league match against Cagliari, preferred not to get too open on the subject: "Marcus è a nice player like many others, we will see what happensà between now and the end of the market".
