Australian Open: Jannik Sinner-Tristan Schoolkate 4-6 6-4 6-1

Jannik Sinner perfected the overtaking of Tristan Schoolkate. After losing the first set 6-4 and winning the second by the same score, the South Tyrolean definitely raised the bar in the third set, winning the partial with a clear 6-1.

The match began immediately with a thrill for the Australian wild card, who managed to hold serve only in the advantages. In the fourth game è Sinner took a risk, as she managed to come back from 15-30 closing the game on advantages. In the closing stages, however, è surprisingly Schoolkate to be more incisive and in the tenth game places the decisive break to zero, which also gives him the first set, thus interrupting the streak of 13 consecutive games without losing a partial of the South Tyrolean.

In the second set, the Blue put more pressure on his opponent, who on more than one occasion managed to hold serve only in the advantages. In the seventh game, however, the world number one placed the decisive extension, winning the break at zero, and then closed the partial with the score of 6-4 at the first set point.

In the third set, Jannik Sinner è overwhelming from the opening bars: the South Tyrolean, in fact, immediately placed a double break, flying away in the score at 5-1. Schoolkate tried to fight back, but in the seventh game, the Italian closed the score on the first set point.
