Mario Balotelli: doors closed in Italy, foreign markets remain

The 34-year-old striker has no space at Genoa
Mario Balotelli has not found a club ready to bet on him. After attempts by Trapani and Venezia, Adriano Galliani’s Monza tried to dress him in red and white in the last hours of the soccer market but the attempt was not successful. As a result, no sale for Super Mario, who is still under contract with Genoa.
At this point, his situation è anything but simple. As is well known, Patrick Vieira does not consider him one of the first options for the attack. In fact, the former national team striker is no longer part of the Grifone's plans (only six appearances and no goals since his arrival in Genoa).
The goal è to find him an accommodation abroad, in those leagues where the end-of-treatment gong has not yet sounded. There would be Turkey (the market closes on Feb. 11). Mario Balotelli has already played in the Turkish top league with the Adana Demirspor shirt.
There would be Brazil (winter market closing on Feb. 28). Several times during his long career, the former striker of, among others, Inter and Milan, è been close to a sensational transfer to Brazil. Not to be ruled out even the UAE solution (Feb. 11). In short, some options are still there to prevent Mario Balotelli from being left holding the bag.
