Paolo Cevoli, a land of motors and the memory of Sic

Paolo Cevoli recalls his friendship with Marco Simoncelli
There was also Paolo Cevoli in Misano Adriatico, Wednesday, for the presentation of the Sic58 Squadra Corse. It wasn't a casual presence, since the Romagna comedian, one of the best-known faces on Zelig thanks to his very successful portrayal of councillor Palmiro Cangini, knew Marco Simoncelli very well and is still close to Sic's family. Sportal.it heard him exclusively just on the sidelines of the Sic58 team presentation.
"With Marco there'was a beautiful friendship – said the Riccione-born comedian – It was an honor to have known him, and è very nice to be here, to participate in the presentation of the team that bears his name. Every land has its heroes, and Marco Simoncelli is part of the heroes of Romagna".
The link between this area of Italy and the world of motors has never been a mystery: "Romagna è a warm land, full of passion – confirmed Paolo Cevoli -. The motor è that thing that makes you go fast, makes you live life with joy: to this we add the sympathy, the smile and the hospitality of this wonderful land".
The fulcrum of this passion è is precisely the Misano Adriatico circuit, named after the memory of Marco Simoncelli: "It's a circuit that is bringing prestige to the area – explained the Romagna comedian -, it goes to integrate into a context in which welcome, hospitalityà and fun are in first place. It's a real excellence of our territory".
