During an episode of the podcast "Formula for Success", Irish entrepreneur Eddie Jordan, among other topics, è returned to the decision by Ferrari to sign Lewis Hamilton. More specifically, the Dublin native è dwelt on what might be the performance of the seven-time world champion behind the wheel of the Rossa.

"Everyone is eager to see how Lewis will fare behind the wheel of the Ferrari. Charles è has been there for seven years, knows everyone, knows what to say, knows Italian and is the darling of Maranello. However, he will be surprised because I have no doubt that Hamilton will be able to stand up for himself. I think in the first few races Leclerc will be able to show some dominance; as the season continues, forò the fans will show more and more love for Lewis and he will be able to repay them" began the Irish businessman.

"The photograph of Hamilton in that coat in front of Enzo Ferrari’s house simply describes why the team chose him. He will break the box office. It's a very stylish image that will be iconic and used for many years to come" added the Dublin native.

I think Lewis will capture the attention and generate revenue not only in F1, but also in the Americas and Asia. I am convinced that Ferrari, for a whole series of reasons, mainly commercial, has made the right decision.
