The climate around the world champion seems to be calming down.

Max Verstappen will è graduate as Formula 1 world champion again in 2024, but his fourth title will è prove to be the most difficult of his career especially on an emotional level. Over the months, rumors of his possible departure from Red Bull were not lacking, but in the meantime those around him seem to describe a serene climate again. Starting with his father Jos and Helmut Marko, one of his main mentors in the stable.

Marko himself was keen to explain to the Austrian press what could take Verstappen away from Red Bull: "There are performance clauses he could enforce to free himself. But è it is fair to say that we are not disadvantaged from the engine point of view. Plus; Max canù manage with his class 1-2 tenths of a second".

Words of optimism also from Jos Verstappen, reached by 'Racexpress': "Max has already tried the new Red Bull in the simulator, and this cannotò give 100% certainty. We are però optimistic, although we want to see progress. In a week we will see the tests and understand even more".

"This year the teams will soon focus on the work to be done ahead of 2026, but Max will go down to the track to win his fifth world championship. That is why I think in Red Bull they should also work hard on this year&#39s single-seater, added Jos Verstappen. Stressing that the desire to see the team operating at full capacity already in 2025 è unchanged.
