The Frenchman’s contract expires in 2026 and will not be renewed

The Diavolo is going through a deep crisis. The results are not coming, the performances are indecent and, by now, the dispute is no longer è containable. Under accusation, first, the company; but there are also several players who are no longer tolerated by the Rossoneri people, especially Leao and Theo Hernandez.

The former, in the past the absolute idol of the Rossoneri fans, is being criticized for his attitude on the field. The Portuguese è expressed himself via social: "Unfortunately, it’s us against everything and everyone. We are working to return to positive results and the group will continue to be more united than ever!", his words.

In short, Leao thinks there is still room to right the ship and end the season well. Of a contrary opinion are most Milan fans, who are convinced that, with this Leao, there is little to be done. In the summer, should the right offer arrive, the Portuguese could pack his bags.

It seems certain, however, the farewell, at the end of the season, of Theo Hernandez. The Frenchman is having a horrible year. So many mistakes and the feeling that he cannot play mentally free. His contract expires in June 2026 but renewal no longer seems a viable option. His transfer seems inevitable and, from a certain point of view, necessary for all parties involved.
