Marc Marquez and the MotoGp title fight: brother Alex doesn’t mince words

Alex Marquez has no doubts about his brother Marc and the MotoGp title fight
The second weekend of the MotoGp season, staged in Argentina, has left behind a classification that sees Marc Marquez first with full points, having won both the first two Sprint Races and the first two Sunday GPs. Behind him, somewhat surprisingly compared to initial expectations, is the number 93’s brother, Alex Marquez, who told 'Dazn España' his impressions on the subject.
"Marc è one who never gives up, until the end – said the younger brother, born in 1996. Compared to him, I have to improve in the race finals, go more toward the limit, which he manages to do very well instead unlike me or other riders. Marc è just fast when the bike puts him in front of that limit".
At the moment, the standings see Marc Marquez first with 74 points, Alex second at 58, Pecco Bagnaia third with 43. "We are working to take another step forward,” said the Team Gresini rider, in his third year with Ducati. “For now, however, Iò enjoy the moment and from Tuesday; I` will thinkò of Austin".
World champion of the Moto3 class in 2014 and Moto2 in 2019, Alex Marquez made his MotoGp debut in 2020, the season revolutionized in terms of the calendar due to Covid, taking two second places riding the Honda, in France and Aragon. In the premier class, he has yet to win a GP, but he è won two Sprint Races, in Britain and Malaysia in 2023.
