Swiss one-two at Sun Valley: Meillard ahead of Odermatt, De Aliprandini ninth

The last giant slalom of the men’s alpine skiing season closes in the sign of Loic Meillard. In Sun Valley, in fact, the Helvetic set the best time of 2:15.21, preceding compatriot Marco Odermatt by 95 hundredths. Completing the podium was Norway’s Henrik Kristoffersen.
At the foot of the podium is Brazilian Lucas Pinheiro Braathen, just six hundredths ahead of Austria’s Stefan Brennsteiner. Sixth and seventh positions for Marco Schwarz and Zan Kranjec.
