Ducati, Tardozzi justifies old criticism of Marc Marquez
The team manager of Ducati Davide Tardozzi in an interview with GP Racing spoke about the’incredible impact that Marc Marquez has had in the official team of the Borgo Panigale factory. The Ducati executive and the Catalan rider have an’excellent understanding despite the fact that sparks have flown in the past, especially from Tardozzi.
“I when I say something, I really mean it. And I have no problem discussing all this with Marc. I know him, he knows me. Sometimes you can change your mind, sometimes you can’t. When I criticized Marc for some of his attitudes, it was fair”.
“He put his point of view to me and I listened to him’. He believes he has often been forced to take many risks to achieve his goals. The’important thing is to talk and listen to each other”.
“Often Marc Marquez at Honda was forced to do things that were a little bit’ extreme because his team was less competitive than his opponents. I think this year he’s going to have everything he needs to avoid obnoxious situations”.
