Toprak Razgatlioglu beats Nicolò Bulega in sprint in race 1 at Portimao

Toprak Razgatlioglu won race 1 of the second round of the Superbike World Championship in Portimao. After a bad start, the BMW centaur managed to make a comeback to the first position beating Nicolò Bulega in a sprint. Completing the podium was Andrea Locatelli.
He lost one position from the start Danilo Petrucci, who crossed the line in fourth position ahead of Xavi Vierge. Sixth place for Michael Van der Mark.
Completing the top 10: Andrea Iannone (Ducati), Dominique Aegerter (Yamaha), Axel Bassani (Bimota) and Remy Gardner (Yamaha). Race 1 to forget, however, for Alvaro Bautista, who crashed on the first lap due to contact with Scott Redding.
In the world standings, Nicolò Bulega is confirmed in the lead with 82 points, ahead of Razgatlioglu and Iannone at 45 and 44 points respectively.
