This is what Como coach Cesc Fabregas said on the eve of the challenge against Cagliari: “In the last games there will not be a revolution, but we will play someone who has played less and deserves to have space on the field. Tomorrow there will be two, maximum three, changes from the last game.”

“We will always play to win, this will not change: we want to try to reach 10th place, which is our big goal right now. I expect a Cagliari team, which is having a great end to the season, that will want to come to Como to get the points and be mathematically safe. This is a team that will be waiting for us a lot and then find their attackers deep. They have a very structured way of playing that they have not changed all season. It will definitely be a difficult game”.

Fabregas spoke about his team’s project once again bouncing off rumors about his future: “My staff is very competent and leaves us life on this job. I am very lucky and they help me so much in analyzing who should arrive or who is already in Como. They help me so much in choosing and getting as much information as possible that maybe I don&#8217t get. By talking, and I really enjoy doing that, new ideas always come up.”

“For next year I think we will need one more match analyst and one more contributor, but that doesn&#8217t mean that if one day I am no longer here, they will also leave. We are all creating something important, we are all involved in the project,” Fabregas concluded.
