Dinamo Sassari moves forward with Massimo Bulleri

Through an official statement, Dinamo Sassari announced the contractual renewal of head coach Massimo Bulleri, who signed a new agreement valid until June 30, 2027.
Bulleri took over as Dinamo’s head coach last January, guiding the team to stay in the Unipol Serie A thanks to solid performances, certified by a string of five consecutive wins achieved between March and April. The Tuscan coach had landed in Sassari in the summer of 2023 as assistant coach on Piero Bucchi’s staff. He then held the same position under Nenad Markovic, whom he replaced as head coach in early 2025.
“When I had the opportunity to change roles, I didn’t set any particular personal goals for myself – said the white-blue coach to the club’s official channels -I focused on the weekly work, aiming to give my best day after day, with the ultimate goal of saving the category through daily commitment. I tried to put my all into it, with spontaneity, conveying this approach to the players as well. The five victories achieved were a reward for what the boys were able to express on the field”.
“Certainly there remains the regret of not being able to continue a certain type of technical and competitive path, due to injuries that limited us. But if we look at the big picture, the positives outweigh the negatives. The players managed to go beyond the physical difficulties, putting aside personal ego for the good of the team. It is this spirit that I would like to find in the Dinamo of the future as well: ardor, sacrifice and the will to fight together. This, for me, must be the key for next year: to face each week and each game with maximum commitment” concluded Bulleri.
