Alessandro Del Piero, new life as a coach
“From today you can also call me mister”: so Alessandro Del Piero on Instagram, showing the thesis, titled “One for all (all for one)”, announced that he had conquered the coaching license at the Coverciano course, obtaining the Uefa Pro license with which he will be able to work as a coach in major international competitions, including Serie A and Champions League.
“Thanks to the FIGC and all the teachers who accompanied me in this course, I am grateful to all the people who collaborated and shared with me this important training course”, wrote the’former Juve captain.
“And a special thank you to my children and my wife for the support they have given me during these years of study and for the wonderful surprise they gave me today in Florence, showing up at the discussion of my thesis, which encapsulates an important part of my professional and human experiences, and my vision of soccer and the role of the coach. Thank you!”.
