A.C. Milan, having ended a very bad season, is beginning its rebuilding. There’s a desire to set up a valuable team that can immediately return to fight for important goals. Having chosen Allegri as coach, work is now under way to identify the right players for the new project.

The most talked-about name of the moment is that of Modric. The 2018 Ballon d’Or winner has ended his incredible and successful adventure with Real Madrid after a remarkable 13 years. However, despite being a class of 1985, he has no intention of hanging up his boots.

He still wants to play at a high level. His goal is to play in the 2026 World Cup. Milan could be the right team for his ambitions. Clearly, the fact that, in September, he will turn 40 is a limitation but he is still an integral player and, best to remember, AC Milan, next season, will not play any European cups.

The fact that he will be 40 years old in September is a limitation.

Moreover, Modric is not looking for a pharaonic salary. In short, he could be an important added value for Milan, especially in terms of personality. The feeling is that Tare will really try, so as to give the fans a Ballon d’Or, certainly dated but still a true champion. News about this is expected in the coming weeks.
