Roberto De Zerbi adamant on the'possibility of a return to Serie A

Born in 1979, Roberto De Zerbi has been coaching abroad since 2021: in the aftermath of his time at Sassuolo, he moved to Ukraine, to Shakhtar, unless he decided by mutual agreement to leave the club due to the interruption of the league for the Russian invasion, in 2022. He then coached Brighton, in the Premier League, moving to Marseille last summer.
After a long career as a player that saw him grow up in the youth ranks of AC Milan and play with the shirts of Monza, Padova, Como, Avellino, Lecco, Foggia, Arezzo, Catania, Naples, Brescia, Cluj (Romania) and Trento, De Zerbi began his coaching career in 2013 at Darfo Boario, in Serie D. He then coached Foggia, Palermo, Benevento and Sassuolo, before leaving the borders of the Bel Paese.
