Vero Volleyball Milan, Khalia Lanier joins Paola Egonu and teammates

New challenge for Khalia Lanier, who in the last two seasons has been part of the roster of the Imoco Volley Conegliano that dominated the women’s volleyball scene in the Italian and international arena: the U.S. setter, in fact, has accepted the offer of Vero Volley Milano, which thus goes to reinforce itself in view of next season.
“I am very happy to play for Vero Volleyball next season – said the’1998 class athlete who grew up in the University of Southern California, in Italy from 2020 – I can’t wait to meet my new fans at the palazzetto and start my adventure in Milan, in the meantime I wish everyone a good summer. See you soon”.
Khalia Lanier, in the Italian league, wore the jersey of Zanetti Bergamo in 2020-2021 and, after a very brief stint in Puerto Rico, that of Volley Bergamo 1991 from 2021 to 2023, before her experience in Conegliano in which she won two scudetti, two Italian Cups, two Italian Super Cups and two Champions Leagues, in addition to the World Club Championship in 2024.
With the U.S. national team, she won the Under-18 World Cup in 2015 and the Under-20 Pan American Cup in 2017. She also boasts several individual awards at the college level and that of best striker in the League de Voleibol Superior Femenino, the tournament that saw her committed in the summer 2021 with the Pinkin de Corozal jersey.
