Jannik Sinner will take on Novak Djokovic in the semifinals of Roland Garros 2025. The world number one qualified for the penultimate act thanks to a three-set victory over Alexander Bublik, while Nole rematched and defeated Alexander Zverev in four sets.

The match between the South Tyrolean and the Serb is scheduled for Friday, June 6, on the Philippe-Chatrier center court no earlier than 7 p.m. No earlier than 2:30 p.m., however, the first men’s semifinal will be staged, which will see Lorenzo Musetti opposing Carlos Alcaraz.

There are eight previous matches between Sinner and Djokovic and the balance is perfectly even: 4-4. L’azzurro has won four of the last five meetings (Shanghai Masters 1000 final 2024, Australian Open semifinal 2024, Davis Cup semifinal 2023, ATP Finals round 2023).

The 24-time Saxon champion Djokovic has won four of the last five matches.

The 24-time Slam champion, on the other hand, has won the round of 16 at the 2021 Masters 1000 Monte Carlo, twice at Wimbledon (quarterfinals in 2022 and semifinals in 2023), and in the final at the ATP Finals in 2023.
