Juventus, who is playing at the World Cup for club: the 35 summoned players

Confirmed confidence in Igor Tudor, after the reasoning made by the management at the end of the championship, Juventus is preparing to take the field for the group stage of the revamped World Cup for clubs, thanks to qualification via ranking certified in early 2024. The Bianconeri are one of two Italian sides committed to the rainbow event, along with Inter’Inter.
Juventus boasts two world championship titles ‘ de facto’ thanks to the Intercontinental Cups won in 1985 and 1986, when there were no other competitions that pitted the world’s most prestigious teams against each other: at the time, the Intercontinental pitted the winner of the European Champions Cup and the winner of the South American Copa Libertadores against each other.
In the 2025 edition of the Club World Cup, Juventus has been placed in Group G: the Bianconeri will face Al Ain at 3 a.m. on the Italian night between June 18 and 19, Wydad Casablanca at 6 p.m. on June 22 and Manchester City at 9 p.m. on June 26. The matches will be played in Washington, Philadelphia and Orlando, respectively.
