Lando Norris precedes Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari in final free practice in Canada

With a time of 1’11″799 Lando Norris was the fastest in the third and final free practice session of the Canadian Grand Prix at the Montreal circuit.
The McLaren Briton was 78 thousandths ahead of the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc, who finally returned to the track after crashing into the wall in yesterday’s first session.
Third at 151 thousandths George Russell in the Mercedes, followed by the other Ferrari, that of Lewis Hamilton, fourth at 251 thousandths. Fifth at 273 thousandths with Red Bull is world champion Max Verstappen.
Sixth is ernando Alonso with theAston Martin, seventh is Kimi Antonelli with the second Mercedes, and eighth is world leader Oscar Piastri, who seems to be in trouble on this circuit with his McLaren and has also run into the wall.
Ninth and 10th were the Williams of Carlos Sainz and Alexander Albon. At 10 p.m. Italian time qualifying.
