George Russell, who started from pole position, won the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal, giving the first victory of the season to Mercedes, which also celebrated the third place of Kimi Antonelli, in his first career podium.

Between the two Mercedes is Max Verstappen’s Red Bull, which finishes second. Remaining, however, off the podium for the first time in 2025 was McLaren, the accomplice of a mistake by Lando Norris, who rear-ended his teammate Oscar Piastri and ended up in the wall.

The McLarens were the first to finish on the podium in 2025.

After the Safety Car, Piastri still returned to the track, finishing in fourth place, ahead of the two Ferraris of Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, fifth and sixth, respectively, and never in contention.
