In Villasanta, solidarity takes the field in memory of Sissi

In Villasanta, a pretty town on the outskirts of Monza, Brianza, solidarity is once again the protagonist. The Sissi Association, chaired by Gianbattista Pini, has organized for Saturday, June 28, ‘In Campo per Sissi,’ a triangular soccer match in memory of Silvia Allegri, after whom the association is named and who was snatched too soon from life by an oncological disease fought with great courage.
The proceeds of the evening, which will see the Sissi Association, Caballeros and the National Association of Pharmacists Onlus teams compete on the sports field of the St. Anastasia Parish (Via Vittorio Veneto 9).
The proceeds will be donated to cancer research.
Admission is free and a refreshment service will operate.
At 6 p.m. the presentation of the teams, a quarter of an hour later Sissi Association vs. Caballeros, at 7:15 p.m. Pharmacists vs. the loser of the first match, and then, at 8:15 p.m., the same white coats vs. the winner of the challenge that will open the tournament. At 9:15 p.m. the awards ceremony kicks off.
“It will be an opportunity to get together, have fun and contribute to charitable purposes,” the organizers of an event as deserving of attention as it is well-established, in fact, it is now in its eighth edition, announced in a note.
