When does Jannik Sinner play at Wimbledon: background against Aleksandar Vukic

After overcoming Luca Nardi in the all-Italian derby on his Wimbledon debut, Jannik Sinner is preparing for his second-round match on London’s grass. In his second match in this edition of the British Slam he will face Aleksandar Vukic.
The 1996-born Australian tennis player beat Taiwanese Tseng in four sets in his Championships debut. The South Tyrolean has faced Vukic twice before, beating him in both previous matches. The first meeting was in 2021 when Sinner got the better of the Australian at the Melbourne 1 tournament 6-2, 6-4. Their last match was in 2022 when they faced each other in the quarterfinals of the ATP tournament in Sofia, where the Italian prevailed 6-2, 6-3.
The match is scheduled for Thursday, July 3 as the third meeting on Wimbledon’s Centre Court. The program on Centre Court will be opened by Serbia’s Novak Djokovic, a seven-time winner on the grass courts at Church Road, opposing Britain’s Daniel Evans. This will be followed by a match between Poland’s Iga Swiatek and the U.S.’s Caty McNally. Finally, it will be Sinner and Vukic’s turn.
