Reyer Venezia, here is Stefan Nikolic: the new orogranata wing explains his choice

Red from his season at Vanoli Cremona, Stefan Nikolic has chosen to embark on a new adventure: waiting for him is Reyer Venezia, the club chosen by the Italian-trained Serbian basketball player to continue his adventure in Serie A. To the channels of the Orogranata club, the 1997 class wing, capable of playing both 3 and 4, explained the reason for his choice.

“I am honored to join Reyer, a historical club and a true colossus of Italian basketball – he said. I arrive with great enthusiasm and with the desire to confront myself with high-level players and competitions. Venice is an ambitious club that has been steadily at the top of national basketball for years, a sign of a winning mentality and a constant ability to renew itself”.

“This for me represents an extra push to always give my best. From the very first contacts, I felt great confidence and immediately knew that this was the ideal situation for me. I am really looking forward to getting started” concluded Nikolic, who last season played all 30 regular season games in the A Series, averaging 9.3 pointsand 3.7 rebounds per game.

Nikolic was born in Belgrade on May 29, 1997, and began playing basketball in the youth ranks of Red Star before moving to Italy to complete his basketball education between Virtus Bologna, Stella Azzurra, Orlandina and Napoli. Among seniors, in addition to Stella Azzurra, Napoli and Virtus, he played with the undershirts of Montegranaro, Udine, Cantù and Vanoli Cremona.
