Juventus: looking for a way not to lose Vlahovic for free

From immovable starter to redundancy to be sold to the highest bidder. Dusan Vlahovic, who arrived in Turin with trumpet blasts, now finds himself in a situation that is anything but simple. He no longer fits into the project of the Juventus club, which is doing everything to sell him.
The Serbian still has one year left on his contract with Juventus at a whopping 12 million euros net. At the moment, the only option the striker considers viable would be to go to AC Milan. The problem? The Diavolo doesn’t seem willing to invest much on Dusan Vlahovic himself and, more importantly, has other attack targets (Mateo Retegui).
All other destinations, Turkey first and foremost, would not be liked by the player who, therefore, could also decide to stay and become a free agent at the end of next season. Juventus would be reasoning about a bridge renewal, so as to avoid losing him at zero next year.
Also, not to be underestimated is the possibility of selling him at a “bargain” price: 25/30 million euros, less than half of what was spent to buy him from Fiorentina in January 2022 (70 million euros plus various bonuses). In the coming days, Juventus’ new general manager Damien Comolli will meet with the Serbian striker’s agents to find a solution, although he knows it will be far from simple.
