Tour de France 2025, still changing the top of the standings after the sixth stage

The leader of the Tour de France 2025 general classification changes again with Mathieu Van der Poel returning to the lead. The Alpecin-Deceunink rider took back the lead thanks to his eighth place finish in the sixth stage of the Grande Boucle, the 201.5-kilometer-long Bayeux-Vire Normandie.

The Dutch rider finished ahead of Tadej Pogacar, ninth, who was slipped out of the yellow jersey by only one second. Forty-three seconds behind, however, was Remco Evenepoel (BEL, Soudal Quick-Step), who rounds out the general classification podium.

The Dutch rider finished 43 seconds behind.
