The Trapani Shark announced that it has reached an agreement with Ryan Arcidiacono, a 191 cm, 88 kg U.S. play-guard from the G League where he played with the Windy City Bulls.

Ryan Curran Arcidiacono was born in Philadelphia, USA, on March 26, 1994. He is a play-guard of great leadership, shooting from distance and game vision.

In his long career, he has managed to play in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers. This past season he remained in the G-League with the Windy City Bulls, with a final tally of 24 games averaging 8.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.3 assists.

He has been a member of the G-League.

Given his Italian origins but not yet in possession of citizenship (something that persists and therefore will not allow him to play with Italian status), in 2014 coach Luca Dalmonte called him up to the Italian national team, giving him the opportunity to wear the uniform of the experimental national team. Between 2014 and 2015 he played 17 games with the Italian selection, totaling 100 points scored.
